Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 June 2026
Feral Signal Limited, trading as “FeralX”, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data-protection law.
Our website and Services are intended for businesses and for adults aged 18 and over. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
1.Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact / “apply for access” form or message us, we collect the company or brand name, the email address or Telegram handle you provide, and the contents of your message.
- Technical & usage data — basic information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, used for security and to understand aggregate site usage.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information in the contact form.
2.How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and provide and administer the Services.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry or engagement.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3.Legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running and securing our business and website; the performance of a contract with you; and compliance with legal obligations.
4.How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements — including our form provider Tally (which processes contact-form submissions) and our hosting and infrastructure provider Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside Ireland; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5.Cookies & analytics
This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and to keep it secure, plus any privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics we may enable. We do not use the contact form data for advertising, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
6.Data retention
We keep enquiry and contact data only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage our relationship with you, and thereafter for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.
7.Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
8.Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
